Connecticut Headwaters Conservation Easement and Northern Pass Memo

Attorneys at Ransmeier & Spellman PC analyzed the terms of the CT Headwaters conservation easement and found that its terms would not allow for Northern Pass to construct transmission lines across conserved property. Furthermore, the State of NH may not consent to Northern Pass utilizing any portion of the land subject to the easement.
