A Week In The Pine Barrens with Conservationist Bob Williams

Over ten years ago I toured the New Jersey Pine Barrens with our LandCAN board member Bob Williams. I only had a couple days so it was a shorter and less a geographically comprehensive tour compared to the Petersens this past fall but it was just as edifying. As we nationally get to watch entire neighborhoods of Los Angeles burn to the ground this week due to feckless Democratic and environmental policies of the last 30 years that have turned our entire western forest landscapes in conflagration zones destroying wildlife and human lives, it is worth reading and viewing how forest management can be done and how it should be applied nationwide.

I put both Bob Williams and Jim Petersen into our American Forest Fire film where they met as two brilliant exponents of sound forest management.
