Dr. Wegmann grew up in Minnesota and moved to New Orleans in 1984. She is a Phi Beta Kappa and graduated Magna Cum Lauda from North Carolina State University with a BS in Zoology. She graduated at the top of her class from LSU School of Veterinary Medicine in 2000 and has enjoyed working at MSAH ever since. She has special interest in ultrasound, internal medicine and soft tissue surgery.
