Indian Ford Farms Dove Field is a 100-acre property located near Lyons in Toombs County. Hunting opportunities include a Youth Quota Dove Hunt. Hunters must sign-in at the check station at 12:00 p.m. Maps and instructions will be provided at sign-in. Hunts are from 12:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m. No ATVs. Hunters must use open gates to access fields.

This dove field is only open during quota hunt dates.

Voluntary Public Access Area

Indian Ford Farms Dove Field is a Voluntary Public Access (VPA) property. Since 2014, the Wildlife Resources Division has been able to enhance and add to its WMA program through additional temporary agreements with private landowners for public hunting opportunities thanks to a USDA grant.

Directions

From Lyons: Take Highway 152 North (New Cobbtown Road) approximately 2.9 miles and turn right on Indian Ford Farm Road. Proceed approximately 0.7 miles to building on left to sign-in area for the hunt.
