Barbara Green earned a J.D. degree from the University of Colorado law school in 1985. Since that time, she has been practicing environmental and land use law. She has represented clients in matters involving land use and development, oil and gas development, mining, water development, water quality, and low-level radioactive waste. Ms. Green has substantial experience in rulemaking, administrative proceedings, and litigation in state and federal district and appellate courts.
