Barry grew up in Idaho and was inspired to become a forester by the mountains and woods there. He has been a consulting forester for nearly 20 years and currently works with a variety of family and municipal forest landowners. In addition, Barry oversees our work for youth camps, including operating a Cat to conduct thinnings that meet the unique needs of these properties. Barry serves on the board of the Clackamas County Farm Forestry Association, and is a member of the Forest Guild and the Association of Consulting Foresters. He lives in Portland with his wife and two teenage sons.
