The Black Creek Land Trust is a local land conservation organization that is focused on preserving wildlife habitat, scenic open spaces, and rural landscapes along Black Creek.

We work with landowners in the Black Creek Watershed who are interested in voluntarily protecting their natural heritage, whether it be through easement, donation, or sale.

Our organization has helped numerous landowners preserve miles of riverfront, acres of working farmland forest stands and wetlands, as well as historic and natural habitat.

By customizing solutions to the needs of the landowner, our organization can help ensure that the beauty, character, and traditional use of the land remains according to the landowner’s wishes for generations to come.

In addition to promoting conservation, the Black Creek Land Trust provides educational programs and outreach activities for all ages.
