Brad Dethero is a Registered forester and environmental professional with management and environmental due diligence expertise involving ASTM and NEPA site assessments, forestry management, USDA Programs, wetlands and endangered species.

During the past 15 years with Geo-Source, Inc., Brad has completed or participated in environmental assessments on over 6 million acres of rural area and timberland properties. Other experience in acquisition due diligence services for residential and commercial properties have been performed for individuals, banks, municipalities, real estate investment trusts, timber investment management organizations as well as private industry and forest resource companies. The site assessment projects have also included multiple NEPA Environmental Assessments prepared for the U.S. Department of Energy and Tennessee Valley Authority.

Brad also has experience in solid and hazardous waste management, expert testimony and report preparation, wetlands, biological surveys (threatened and endangered species) as well as requirements for large commercial developments. Consultation with environmental regulatory agencies include the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Department of the Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, various state departments of conservation, oil and gas commissions, and state departments of environmental quality or management.

Brad is experienced working with state environmental agencies in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, Ohio, Arkansas, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Oregon, and Washington. Brad has also performed two environmental assessments of timberland properties in Central America.
