Brandon joined the Budd-Falen Law Offices in 2000 and maintains an extensive civil practice focused on natural resources, water and public lands law, environmental litigation, federal livestock grazing, land-use and property rights. He also frequently represents landowners with respect to matters involving traditional uses of federal public lands, including livestock grazing and rights of access, and the negotiation of customary uses of private land, such as surface use agreements, rights-of-way, easements, oil and gas leases, and private land leases for the development of wind energy. Brandon has over seventeen years of experience representing clients in administrative matters before the Department of the Interior and the Department of Agriculture, and in numerous state and federal courts throughout the West. Over the years, Brandon has successfully represented clients in all types of environmental and natural resource matters.
