Comments: The Bank will encompass approximately 123 acres, is currently owned by the Sponsor, and is located approximately 5.9 miles southeast of Johnson City, Tennessee. The site was most currently operated as an active golf course, but recently closed on December 31, 2017. The Bank will incorporate approximately 12,813 linear feet of ephemeral, intermittent and perennial stream channels . Based on a preliminary mitigation feasibility analysis, the Sponsor estimates that the stream re-establishment, restoration, enhancement, and riparian buffer measures necessary to restore the ecological function of the aquatic resources on this site could potentially generate approximately 9,279 stream mitigation credits.
