Canoe and Trail Outpost / Sweetwater Canoe and Tubing is located on the Scenic Bogue Chitto River in Tylertown, MS.  If you are looking to get away and experience nature, Canoe and Trail Outpost is the place for you. Our operation is in service seven days a week beginning in March thru December yearly. Floating the Bogue Chitto River and Magee's Creek we offer rentals that include canoeing, kayaking and tubing.  We also provide cabin rentals, primative camping and RV hookups. Campground facilities include restrooms, hot showers, ice, river supplies, fishing and swimming.  Our campground offers shaded primitive camping overlooking the white sand beaches of the Bogue Chitto River.  In the summer, the cool waters provide a relaxing experience.  While in the winter months you can enjoy the warmth of a cozy fire and anticipate the chance to see a deer or possibly wild turkey!  We at CTO provide excellent service to assure your experience with us is a safe and enjoyable one.  Come see us for a day of fun in the sun and memories to cherish for a lifetime!!
