Helping you stay warm in the winter, cool in the summer, and keeping your energy bills down is the objective of the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP). Weatherization can provide the energy saving measures necessary to make your home more comfortable and affordable, and may even help you remain in your home. We provide a variety of energy-saving improvements designed to lower energy consumption which may help reduce energy bills for homeowners and tenants who live in mobile homes, modular homes, and site built homes.

Approved applicants, living in Amherst, Appomattox, or Bedford can receive this service through CVACL at no cost.
