Circle J Dairy is currently under construction, but it will be a family owned and operated small-scale (farm fresh, not organic) dairy located in Gordo, AL. We will milk Holstein, Brown Swiss and Jersey cows. We will pasteurize, bottle and sell whole milk from our farm store (connected to the dairy barn), and also sell to local grocery stores, such as Piggly Wiggly, Ashmore's, and Shop 'n Save, (and hopefully more) as well as farmers markets. We hope to sell our product in other counties as well, not just Pickens. In the future, we will incorporate other products: ice cream, buttermilk, butter, and chocolate milk.
