Farm Credit of New Mexico staff appraisers are qualified to provide appraisals to you for your rural real estate and personal property valuation needs. We have worked with several attorneys nationwide assisting them with estate and succession planning valuation work products. Staff completing valuation products meet all state statutory and Uniform Standards of Professional Practice (USPAP) requirements. Staff appraisers are members of professional organizations more commonly known as the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers or the Appraisal Institute. These organizations require rigorous primary education, continuing education, and ethical requirements to maintain membership status.
