Courtney Shephard is an associate attorney at the Firm. Her practice focuses on water law, environmental law, and natural resources law.
Prior to law school, Ms. Shephard worked in corporate social responsibility and earned a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University with a focus in Environmental Economics and Policy. At Duke University, she worked with the Environmental Law and Policy Clinic focusing on endangered species, fisheries management, and water quality issues. She also served as an Executive Editor for the Duke Environmental Law and Policy Forum. At the University of Colorado School of Law, Ms. Shephard served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Colorado Law Review and she was involved in several student groups.
