Craig Westbrook has over 30 years experience in the fields of retirement plans, employee benefits, qualified and non-qualified deferred compensation, and estate planning. He received his B.B.A. and J.D. from Baylor University. Also, he is a certified public accountant (inactive). He is a past chairman of the Tax Section of the Arkansas Bar Association, the Central Arkansas Estate Council and Southeast Region EP/EO Liaison Committee and is currently a member of the Gulf States TE/GE Employee Plans Council. He has published articles on taxation and employee benefits in the Journal of Taxation, The Arkansas Lawyer, UALR Law Journal, The Journal of Pension Planning and Compliance, Issues and Trends in Benefits Planning and The Pension Actuary. He is currently a member of the Gulf States TE/GE Employee Plans Council. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America in the categories of Employee Benefits (since 1989) and Tax Law. He is the 2012 Best Lawyers’ Lawyer of the Year in Employee Benefits Law and the 2014 Best Lawyers’ Lawyer of the Year in Tax Law for Little Rock.
