Creative Conservation, LLC is a land use and environmental consulting firm dedicated to creating positive land use models in Maine and elsewhere. Creative Conservation, LLC works with private landowners, non-profit organizations, and government agencies on ambitious land conservation initiatives and challenging land planning projects.

Jerry Bley founded Creative Conservation, LLC in 1990 after working ten years as a land use specialist for the Natural Resources Council of Maine, a statewide conservation organization. His expertise involves both working with people and working with the land to come up with solutions that achieve the objectives of his clients while treating the land with respect.

Planning the Future of Family Lands. Creative Conservation, LLC provides land use expertise while helping to facilitate the decision-making process among family members.
Land Use Planning and Creative Development. Creative Conservation works with landowners to plan the future use of their land including development, recreation, resource production, and natural area protection.
Land Use Policy and Education. Creative Conservation works with organizations and public agencies to develop and promote sound land use policies and practices.
