Since 2010, we have assisted more than 30 clients in placing approximately 6,000 acres of land in the commonwealth of Virginia under perpetual conservation easements. We have worked closely with various charities, including the Land Trust of Virginia, the Virginia Department of Historic Resources, the Virginia Outdoors Foundation and the Old Dominion Land Conservancy, among others. All together, our clients have obtained approximately $50 million in Virginia Land Preservation Tax Credits as a result of those donations. We also follow up to assist those interested in selling their tax credits to interested buyers, including the identification of tax credit brokers.
