De La Mesa Farms is a sustainable, innovative and diversified farm located on Tacoma, Washington focused on growing salad greens, microgreens, and heirloom vegetables with a Latin and subtropical twist such as dried Oaxacan corn, smoky peppers, yuzu and much more. Owners Bryan and Natalie Mesa originally began farming in Waimanalo, Hawaii focusing on salad greens, microgreens, tropical fruit and Latin-influenced produce and value-added products. In 2020, amidst the pandemic, they took a leap of faith and purchased 2.5 acres in Tacoma, Washington to start their new farm.
