Mission:

To promote cross-river connections and communication and to preserve and enhance the natural, cultural, and recreational resources of the lower Delaware River in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

The Delaware River Greenway Partnership (DRGP) seeks to engage with public and private partners to promote stewardship of the Wild and Scenic Lower Delaware River and its tributaries and to foster a shared sense of place among communities that adjoin the river by preserving and enhancing its ecological, scenic, historic, cultural and recreational resources. DRGP’s activities are concentrated in the region from the Delaware Water Gap through the upper Estuary, but some projects necessarily extend beyond these boundaries. DRGP is the host organization for the federally designated Delaware River Scenic Byway.
