Diane S. Greenberg is a partner specializing in estate planning, trust administration and probate. Her estate planning practice covers a broad range of matters, including wills and revocable trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, life insurance trusts, irrevocable trusts for children and others, family partnerships and other strategies for transferring wealth in a tax-advantaged manner, premarital agreements, powers of attorney and health care directives. Diane also represents individual trustees and executors, private fiduciaries and bank trust departments in trust administration and probate proceedings, including litigation of contested inheritance matters. Diane also prepares agreements between co-owners of real property and handles property tax issues and other post-administration real estate matters. Diane is certified by the State Bar of California as a Certified Specialist in estate planning, probate and trust law.
Diane received her law degree from New York University School of Law in 1971 and her Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College (Columbia University) in 1968. She is a member of the State Bar of California, as well as the bars of New York and the District of Columbia, the San Mateo County Bar Association and the Peninsula Professionals Subcommittee of the Jewish Community Endowment Fund. Diane is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Trust for Hidden Villa and its Development Committee and has served on the Planned Giving Council of the Lucile Packard Children's Hospital.
