Edward T. Molinari, SRA specializes in real estate valuation involved in litigation, land valuation, easements, and complex assignments. He has extensive experience in assignments for: farmland preservation, open space acquisition, Pinelands and transfer development rights, partial interests, eminent domain, easements, and unique or specialized properties. Mr. Molinari has testified before numerous courts and boards and is recognized as an expert in real estate valuation. On several occasions he has been appointed directly by local judges due to his expertise and unbiased opinion.

Edward T. Molinari is a lifelong resident of Southern New Jersey and has resided with his family in Gloucester County since 1981. Since 1986 he has appraised numerous properties in the state and in 1991 he received the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute. In 2004 he became certified as an Instructor for the Appraisal Institute.
