Dr. Elisabeth Schmidt, former owner of All Pets Hospital, was born and raised in Baton Rouge. She performed her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas in Austin and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders. She graduated from the LSU School of Veterinary Medicine in 1993 and practiced in Austin for two years before returning to Baton Rouge and All Pets Hospital in 1995. She is a member of the Louisiana Veterinary Medical Association, Baton Rouge Veterinary Medical Association, American Animal Hospital Association, American Veterinary Medical Association and American Association of Feline Practitioners. Her areas of interest include internal medicine and feline medicine.
