Sherman Boughton, a native of Lake Providence, Louisiana, graduated from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at LSU in 1995. His practice is devoted to litigation and real estate. His clients include nursing homes, hospitals, manufacturers, contractors, insurers, property owners, and lenders. In addition to handling litigation matters for these clients, he has handled commercial transactions including closings, contract negotiations, office, retail, agricultural, and recreational leases. Mr. Boughton also advises clients in matters of estate planning, successions, and elder law. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Louisiana.
