The Mission of the Five Rivers RC&D Council is to promote activities that will enhance the quality of life, conserve natural resources, and promote economic development.

The Vision of the Council is to create cooperative and diverse working partnerships that will increase collaboration for addressing needs and opportunities in the Five Rivers RC&D area.

RC&D is an exciting partnership between the Federal government and a local nonprofit organization Jed by local community leaders.
