Since our founding in 1979, our practice has focused on estate planning, administration and probate law, business organizations and transactions, real estate transactions, tax exempt organizations and charitable planning.Jerry Scroggins is an attorney and shareholder with FizerBeck. Jerry graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 1981 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (with honors) in accounting. After working for a national accounting firm, he attended the University of Houston Law Center and obtained a Juris Doctor (with honors) in 1986. He is currently a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Jerry Scroggins is an attorney and shareholder with FizerBeck. Jerry graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 1981 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (with honors) in accounting. Jerry is a frequent speaker at professional conferences and meetings. He is a member of the Sections on Taxation and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law of the State Bar of Texas and of the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the Houston Bar Association and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
