Frank Hambalek graduated with a bachelor of science in Business Administration from Cal State San Bernardino in 1990. As a new CPA he moved straight into public accounting in Southern California. Through his career he has specialized in construction, real estate, and financial reporting, a particular skill honed while performing high-level consulting work with medium- to large-sized construction companies.
When Frank temporarily left public accounting to work as the CFO for a large contracting firm he added firsthand administrative experience to his résumé. Learning to maximize the effectiveness and efficiencies of a company helped Frank become an excellent manager of people and processes. But, eventually he realized that he missed the challenge and reward of public accounting and returned as a partner in Wiebe and Associates. A successful, efficient manager and problem solver, Frank has served as an outsourced CFO on many occasions.
Frank is committed to the community, serving as president of a local school board and a board member of the Youth Orchestras of Fresno. He spends as much time as possible with his wife and three children.
