Agricultural Mediation Project
The Mediation Project provides mediation services to rural Indiana residents, producers, their creditors and other persons directly affected by the actions of USDA agencies. Non USDA disputes are accepted for mediation on a case by case basis. The mediation project is partially funded by federal funds through United States Department of Agriculture.

We are the certified ag mediation program for the state of Indiana. We offer mediation services to rural residents of Indiana, producers, their creditors and other persons directly affected by actions of USDA agencies. There is no charge to the clients for our services as all fees are taken from our grant.
