Hatch Knoll Farm is an historic Jonesboro Farm that encompasses 200 acres. Most of the acres are wooded with the rest being blueberry fields and pasture.
Our idea started in 2002 with two dairy goats on a farm with seventeen chickens. The Roos family of five was on a quest to learn more about their food and have a better relationship with food and the land around them.
We now have over 40 goats and a huge flock of chickens, the family of five has grown to seven. Our farming skills have grown, our cheese selection has grown and our children have grown into competent young farmers! We have tried many different ideas through the years but first and foremost we are a goat dairy producing amazing goat products!
Our cheeses are usually available April through December and can only be shipped within the state of Maine but our soaps, lotions and shampoo's are available year round and can ship anywhere within the USA..
