We are an upcoming , woman and veteran owned, regenerative farming market garden. We will have over 170 varieties of seeds to include produce, cut flowers, fresh and freeze dried herb and tea bundles. By the end of summer I'll have 80 egg layers that will be producing an array of colorful eggs filling 18 -pack cartons. In the spring, kathadin sheep will join our livestock venture. For the meat bird option I have chosen the giant jersey chicken as it allows for us to begin breeding our own flock. This type was also chosen due to the size at which they can be at processing , between 10-13 lbs.
