The Henry County Soil & Water Conservation District works with producers to help implement conservation practices to protect the soil and water resources of Henry County.  They als have products for sale, equipment rentals, and info on the Illinois Partners for Conservation program.

Along with technical assistance the district will help you with developing conservation planning and implementing conservation practices with help from the state and federal agencies.  Check out state and federal funding and technical assistance programs in Illinois.

Partners for Conservation is a state funded cost-share program administered through the Soil and Water Conservation District. Partners for Conservation provides cost-share assistance for the construction of projects that promote soil conservation and protect water quality, reduce soil erosion and improve water quality, and reduce potential groundwater pollution.
