In the summer of 2004, Hill's Harvest opened in the Thornton area where neighbors could finally enjoy the goodness of fresh vegetables. Fruits native to Colorado; peaches, apple varieties, cherries, pears, and apricots are trucked in from the Western Slope each week to allow the freshness of the harvest to over-power the products of other states.
