Dr. Dodson is from Arkansas and received a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from Arkansas State University before attending vet school. She graduated from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2020, where she was presented with the prestigious American Association of Feline Practitioners Award for her proficiency and interest in feline medicine and surgery. She also received a merit award in Oncology during her time at LSU. She is a member of the American Association of Feline Practitioners and the American Veterinary Medical Association. Her professional interests include feline internal medicine, anesthesia and pain relief, and oncology. She is so excited to be at The Cat Practice and working with the amazing team to take care of the best kitties in New Orleans.
