Howard County Farmers Market (HCFM) was established in 2008 and is open each Friday, May through October, 7 a.m. until produce is gone. HCFM is located on Hempstead street near Howard County Health Unit and Senior Citizens Center.  It offers fresh, locally grown produce as well as local honey, baked goods, eggs and other local crafts.  HCFM participates in the WIC program and participants get additional vouchers to use at the market.
