We are a farm to table cattle operation. Our calves are born and raised on our farm, eating primarily grass and hay. Our herd is heavy Angus based with some Simmental influence. Our steers are finished on an organic based forage (mostly wheat and rye silage) and are antibiotic and hormone free. Our beef is dry aged for 14 days, USDA inspected, vacuum sealed and frozen to ensure freshness. We sell our beef locally at The Barn of Blooms every Friday and Saturday. We also do online sales with to be picked up locally. We do not currently ship but have plans to in the future.
