Jackie is an Associate in KMCL's Atlanta office. Jackie was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She graduated from Emory University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in German Studies. In 2019, she graduated with Honors from Emory University School of Law, where she accumulated environmental law experience in her work for the Turner Environmental Law Clinic, Environmental Protection Agency Region 4, and Southern Environmental Law Center.Currently, Jackie assists clients in a broad range of environmental compliance and transactional matters at the federal, state, and local levels. Such matters include solid waste management, zoning, and permitting issues arising under the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), and comparable state statutes. She also regularly assists in litigation involving tort liability.
