Come taste the flavors of Georgia at Jaemor Farms. Whether you're trying one of the famous fried pies or the boiled peanuts, we've got something tasty for everyone! Jaemor Farms, a 500-acre family-owned and operated farm, was originally established in 1912 as 'Echols Orchards. Jim Echols and family rebranded as 'Jaemor Farms' in 1981 when their roadside market opened along I-985/Hwy.365. Jaemor grows 32 varieties of peaches are grown at the farm, including Georgia Belle and Elberta peaches. Visit the pie kitchen for fried pies, homemade cakes and ice cream. Also available are raw peanuts, green peanuts, roasted peanuts, fried peanuts and the best boiled peanuts in the area. Check out the furniture and arts and crafts. There is also a large selection of jams, jellies, sauces, pickles, relishes, BBQ sauces, ciders, salad dressing, salsas, marinades, hot sauces and more. Jaemor hosts two festivals a year - Strawberry Festival in May and a Peach u-pick event In August. On weekends in September and October, visit the six-acre corn maze with farm slide, apple sling shot, hand-pump duck races and hayrides. We also host both spring and fall field trip programs for local schools.
