Practiced law in northwest Arkansas since 1976, and has handled cases in Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma and South Carolina. He graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law where he was Associate Editor, Arkansas Law Review.
