Jeff focuses on corporate and commercial law, estates and trusts, tax law, election law, and related litigation. In addition, Jeff serves as the firm’s managing partner with responsibility for its overall governance and operations. He has closed deals ranging from small, closely-held retail businesses to large corporations. He represents clients in federal and state courts. In 2017 he successfully challenged a long-standing Virginia election law on constitutional grounds in United States District Court.
