Professional Experience
Provide counsel to individuals, business entities and tax-exempt organizations concerning taxation and tax planning, as well as individual estate planning advice. Also serves as counsel to business entities regarding the formation, restructuring, merger, acquisition and sale of businesses. Experience includes drafting of wills, revocable trusts, charitable trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts and organizational documents for family investment entities and private foundations for estate planning purposes. Advises physicians and physician groups regarding internal corporate and tax matters.
