Jill C. Pennington's practice emphasizes oil and gas contractual disputes, complex personal injury matters, and general corporate and business defense. She has represented a variety of clients in Texas, including oil and gas companies and corporations, publicly traded companies, landowners, small and mid-size businesses, physicians and other individuals, and physician trusts.
 

Jill's background in oil and gas began prior to law school when she obtained a Petroleum Land Management degree from Texas Tech University and performed an internship with the Land Department for Phillips Petroleum in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Since graduating from law school, Jill's practice has included royalty disputes, lease negotiations, disputes emanating from joint operating agreements, pipeline litigation, and cases centered on oil and gas well personal injury and fatalities.
