Jill Eshman Law, a boutique law firm in Ketchum, Idaho, was established in 2005 to provide legal guidance pertaining to real estate, estate planning, probate and general business matters.

To serve her clients, Jill splits her time between Sun Valley, Idaho and San Francisco, California, where she is associated with Jones Bothwell Dion & Thompson, PLLC. She is a member of the California State Bar, the Idaho State Bar, and the American Bar Association.

Jill started practicing law in California as a real estate attorney at Loeb & Loeb, then Mayer, Brown & Platt. Her expertise in business law and finance was refined in her work as legal counsel for the business and entertainment banking department of Mercantile National Bank.

Jill served as the sole Hearing Examiner for Blaine County, Idaho for four years. She also practiced law with Lawson & Laski, PLLC.

Jill is a member of WealthCounsel, LLC, a nationwide collaboration of trust and estate planning attorneys and other legal, tax and business professionals. She offers highly customized comprehensive estate plans including wills, trusts, health care documents and powers of attorney. She obtained her Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) from NYU in May of 2013 in order to give her clients more options for sophisticated planning through their estate plans.
