Dr. Clader earned his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M University in 1973. He founded Chaparral Veterinary Center in 1984. He is the past president of Southwest Texas Veterinary Medical Association and the Texas Academy of Veterinary Practice. He has also served on the AVMA Council of Education and the Texas State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners. Dr. Clader is also an Iditarod Sled Dog Race Veterinarian and a member of Christian Veterinary Mission. Dr. Clader has special interests in soft tissue surgery and orthopedic surgery.
