Mr. Vegliacich has been actively providing consulting, valuation, and other real estate-related assistance to developers, owners, management companies, investors, and lenders since 2007. Mr. Vegliacich began his career as an analyst at RERC Hospitality in Mobile, AL. Upon attaining the education and experience required to become a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Alabama, Mr. Vegliacich became Senior Vice President of RERC Hospitality’s Gulf Coast operations in Mobile, Alabama. RERC Hospitality’s Gulf Coast operations later merged with Grubb & Ellis Landauer in July 2011, where Mr. Vegliacich joined as a Senior Appraiser. Mr. Vegliacich performed the duties of a Senior Appraiser at Grubb & Ellis Landauer until forming Premier Appraisals, LLC, where he currently serves as Executive Managing Director.
