Juliana, “Juli”, has been with The Cohen Law Firm since its inception in 2003.  Her practice focuses on tax controversy and tax planning services for individuals and business entities.  Juli draws on her extensive tax compliance background to help clients navigate issues with the IRS as well as state and local tax authorities.  Prior to joining The Cohen Law Firm, P.C., Juli was a Senior Tax Consultant with the national accounting firm, Deloitte.  Juli is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Colorado.   

Juli spends her free time enjoying the outdoors either skiing, hiking or just hanging out with her family and their golden retriever, Penny.
