Dr. Justin Hartman graduated from Texas A&M in 2000 with a doctorate in veterinary medicine with honors and a bachelor's degree in veterinary science with honors. He became a partner at Refinery Road Veterinary Clinic the same year. Dr. Hartman is happily married and has three girls, many dogs, and horses. Dr. Hartman also makes time to work with one his favorite charities, Noah's Ark Animal Shelter.
