The South region is rich in diversity and crops, encompassing the Delta Region of the Mississippi River, the High and Southern Plains, as well as south along the Rio Grande. Cotton, Corn, Rice and Soybeans make up the Midsouth and Delta Divisions with a splash of fruit crops. The Southern and High Plains take up a large portion of the US cotton acres with vegetables and wheat contributing strongly to our nations table. The Central Plains focuses on wheat, corn and sorghum and while our Coastal Plains brings a variety of most all grain and fiber crops, it is truly noted for the world famous Rio Grande Valley- rich in vegetables, cucurbits and citrus fruits.
All in all, the South offers diversity in crop mix, planting systems and the wisdom and knowledge that can only be provided by those who work in such diverse conditions can bring. Give us a call and the opportunity to show you what the Best of the Best can do for you
