Ken is responsible for acquisitions and investment operations for AgIS Capital. He previously served as Vice President of Acquisitions for the Hancock Agricultural Investment Group (HAIG) where he spent six years sourcing, analyzing and executing global transaction opportunities. Prior to joining HAIG, Ken held senior executive positions with several prominent agribusiness lenders, including the John Hancock Bond and Corporate Finance Group and CoBank. Ken is uniquely qualified for this position, as he has worked more than 25 years in numerous segments of both production agriculture and agribusinesses, with emphasis on both global and best-in-class operations. During his career, Ken has executed agricultural and agribusiness transactions that were collectively valued at more than five billion dollars. He earned a BS in Agricultural Economics and an MA in Agribusiness from Texas A&M University. He also completed executive programs with the Harvard Agribusiness School and the Southern Methodist University Graduate School of Banking. Ken is a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Appraisers and has earned the Accredited Agricultural Consultant designation.
