Kent Holsinger founded the firm in September of 2006. He represents clients in state and federal court, in administrative proceedings and on select legislative matters in the Colorado General Assembly and U.S. Congress. Kent's work has been recognized in the Wall Street Journal, Washington Times, Rocky Mountain News, on National Public Radio and in CNN.com, among many others. A Colorado Native from a ranching family, Kent was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2012. He has served as president of the Colorado Lawyer's Chapter of the Federalist Society, Vice-Chair to the Conservation Easement Oversight Commission and on the Advisory Board member to the Leadership Program of the Rockies.
