Dr. Kaspar was born and raised here in the Highland Lakes. He grew up in Sunrise Beach and Kingsland on Lake LBJ, and is a graduate of Llano High School. He attended Texas A&M university where he met his wife Dalena. He graduated with a BS in Animal Science in '02 and his DVM in '07. After working in Laramie, WY, he returned to Texas to start a family and worked for 10yrs in Marble Falls and 3yrs in Spicewood. In 2022 he returned to his hometown of Kingsland to start Packsaddle Veterinary Clinic and serve the area he grew up in. He enjoys general practice and especially soft tissue surgery.
